Terms of supply

Quotes and acceptance

Building an order on this site is a request for a quote, not a contract. We confirm stock, lead time and the settlement address by email, and a contract forms when you settle against that quote. Prices shown are per box of ten vials with shipping included, and a quote holds for seven days.

Volume tiers

The tier is set by the total number of boxes on a single order, counted across every compound in it. Splitting one order into several does not aggregate, and combining separate orders after the fact does not either. The tier applied is the one shown on your quote.

Payment

Settlement is in USDT on the Ethereum network only. Each order is quoted at an exact amount, including a unique final few cents so that the payment reconciles automatically. Send that exact figure to the address on your quote and nothing else, because the address is issued per order and is not reusable.

Payments sent on any other chain are unrecoverable. Payments sent to a superseded address are unrecoverable. We have no ability to reverse either, and neither does anyone else. Read the payment guide before your first order.

Nothing is reserved before settlement confirms on chain. Where stock has moved in the interval, we will either substitute with your agreement or refund in full.

Dispatch

Lead times on the dispatch page are estimates from confirmed settlement, not guarantees. Customs and carrier delays sit outside our control. Title and risk pass on delivery to the address on your order.

Shortfall, breakage and failed analysis

Report a short count or breakage within seventy two hours of delivery, with photographs taken before further unpacking. Confirmed shortfall or breakage is replaced on your next consignment or credited, at your election.

Send a vial from any lot to a laboratory of your choosing. On production of the lab invoice we credit that cost against your next order, up to 100 US dollars, once per customer, whatever the result says. We do not require you to have used a laboratory we nominated.

If an independent result materially misses the stated specification for a lot, that lot is refunded in full, the testing cost is paid in cash rather than credit, and the lot is withdrawn from sale.

Returns

Research chemicals are not returnable once they have left our custody, because we cannot verify storage conditions after that point and we will not resell material we cannot stand behind. This does not affect the shortfall, breakage and analysis provisions above.

Research use

Every order is subject to the research use policy, which forms part of these terms. Material is supplied for laboratory research use only and not for human or veterinary consumption. You are responsible for compliance with the law in your own market, and for passing the same restriction on to anyone you supply.

Liability

Our liability on any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for losses arising from your use, resale or onward supply of the material, from regulatory action taken against you, or from your failure to obtain a licence your market required. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Refusal

We may decline any order without giving a reason, and will refund in full where settlement has already been made.

Changes

These terms may change. The version that applies to your order is the one published when your quote was issued.
