Smaller orders go out of the US warehouse because speed matters more than unit cost. Larger ones run through the China channel, where the freight economics are what let the twenty-plus tier exist at all.

Packing
Vials sit in a moulded tray, ten to a carton, inside an outer box with no supplier marking on it. The lot number is printed on the carton so you can quote it when you send a vial for testing. Lyophilised material is stable in transit at ambient temperature, which is why it ships dry rather than cold, but it should go into a fridge or freezer once it reaches you.
If something arrives wrong
Breakages and short counts happen occasionally in freight. Photograph the carton and the contents before unpacking any further and send them over within seventy two hours of delivery. Confirmed breakage or shortfall is replaced on the next consignment or credited against it, your choice. A batch that fails an independent test is credited in full.
Import responsibility
You are the importer of record. Duties, taxes and any licence or registration your country requires for research chemicals are yours to handle, and it is worth checking what applies before you place a first order rather than after. We will supply whatever documentation your broker asks for. We cannot advise on the rules in your market, and you should not treat anything on this site as though we had.
