We would rather pay for your test than argue about ours.
Supplier certificates in this trade are close to worthless, and the people buying at volume already know it. Here is exactly what we hold, what we do not claim, and what we will pay for.
The testing policy
- 01Send a vial from any lot we shipped you to any laboratory you choose. We do not nominate one and we do not need to see it first.
- 02Send us the lab invoice and we credit that cost against your next order, up to $100, once per customer. Whatever the result says.
- 03If the result materially misses the stated specification, the batch is refunded in full, the credit is paid in cash instead, and that lot comes off sale for everyone.
What our certificates actually are
Where a manufacturer has published an analysis for a compound, we host it and label it as a manufacturer reference report. That is what it is. It tells you the material has been tested at some point and what it looked like when it was.
It does not tell you that the specific vial in your box came off that run, and we are not going to imply otherwise. Manufacturers at this end of the market test periodically rather than per batch, and any supplier telling you every lot carries its own fresh third-party analysis is either paying for that themselves, which is rare and visible in the price, or telling you what you want to hear.
If you are building a brand on top of this, commission your own testing and publish that under your own name. It is the only paper your customers should be asked to trust, and it is worth far more to you than ours. We would rather fund the first one than pretend you do not need it.
How to read one
Whoever issued it, these are the four lines that carry weight. The last one catches most of the fakes circulating in this trade.
Identity
Mass spectrometry puts the measured molecular weight against the expected one. If those disagree, the vial does not hold what the label claims, whatever the purity figure says.
Purity by HPLC
The chromatogram matters more than the headline number. One clean dominant peak is what you want. A percentage quoted with no trace behind it is not evidence of anything.
Net peptide content
Lyophilised material carries salts and residual water. A vial can be 99 percent pure and still hold noticeably less peptide than the milligram figure on the box. This line tells you the difference.
The report number
Real laboratories publish a verification database. Take the report number off any certificate you are shown, by us or by anyone else, and check it against the issuing lab directly. A certificate that cannot be verified at source is decoration.
Reference reports by lot
Enter the lot from your outer carton and we will return the reference analysis on file for that compound, along with what it does and does not cover.
Look up a lot
The lot is printed on the outer carton and quoted on your dispatch note. What comes back is the manufacturer reference report for that compound, not a test run on your vial.
