About

A supplier built for the person doing the reselling.

Halden sits between a manufacturer and the people who put their own name on the vial. That is the whole business, and the way it is set up follows from it.

Ten labelled vials in a moulded tray beside a printed outer carton

Whose name goes on the glass

Most people buying at this level are building something of their own, so the label is your decision rather than ours. Blank is the default: clear glass, no printing, nothing on the outer box but a lot number. Because we work directly with the manufacturer we can also put your artwork into the production run, so the vials are printed and applied before they are trayed and your brand arrives finished. Our own label exists for people who want to start selling before their artwork is ready. All three cost the same.

What we hold

77 compounds, held in a US warehouse for speed and routed through China when order size makes the freight worth it. Pricing is set from landed cost rather than from what the market will tolerate, which is why the tiers move as sharply as they do once you are past ten boxes.

Where we are firm

One price break, counted honestly

The tier applies across the whole order rather than per compound, so a reseller carrying eight lines gets the same price as one buying a pallet of a single item. Most of the trade prices the other way because it suits the supplier.

Paper we are honest about

Manufacturer reference reports are labelled as manufacturer reference reports, because a certificate that covers a product rather than the run in your box is not evidence about your vial. We would rather pay for your own test than dress ours up as something it is not.

A catalogue with things missing from it

Our supplier stocks a good deal that we decline to list. Those gaps are deliberate, and we would rather explain them than quietly take the order.
