Policy

What we supply, and what we will not.

This page is the short version of the rules that govern every Halden order. It is worth reading before you place one, particularly if you intend to resell.

Research use only

Everything in the Halden catalogue is supplied strictly for laboratory research use. None of it is supplied for human or veterinary consumption, and none of it is supplied for diagnostic or therapeutic use. Nothing we sell has been assessed or approved by any medicines regulator for any of those purposes.

By ordering you confirm that you are acquiring the material for research, that you are professionally competent to handle it, and that you accept responsibility for how it is stored, used and passed on.

What we do not do

We do not provide dosing information, administration protocols, reconstitution advice for human use, or any guidance on effects in people. If you write and ask for it, you will get a polite no. That is not us being difficult. Supplying that alongside the material is precisely what converts a research supply arrangement into something else, and it exposes you as much as it exposes us.

We also do not make claims about what these compounds do in humans, and we ask that you do not attribute any to us. If you are reselling and you build human-use marketing on top of our supply, that is your decision and your liability, and it is made without our agreement.

What is deliberately absent from the catalogue

Our supplier's list is longer than ours. A number of items on it are not here and will not be added on request, including approved prescription medicines and their analogues, compounds still in clinical trials that no regulator has approved anywhere, human growth hormone, gonadotropins, and botulinum toxin.

Those exclusions are not a stock problem and asking will not shake anything loose. They are categories where distribution carries criminal rather than regulatory consequences, in most of the countries our customers operate in, and no margin on a box makes that arithmetic work. If a supplier is willing to sell you those, understand clearly what they are handing you along with the vials.

Your obligations if you resell

Who we will not supply

We decline orders where the intended use is stated or obviously human, where the destination is subject to sanctions, and where a buyer asks us to mislabel a shipment, understate its value, or route it to disguise its origin. We would rather lose the order.

Age

Orders are accepted from people aged eighteen or over acting in a professional or business capacity. This is not a consumer shop and it is not set up to behave like one.
