Labelling

Blank, yours, or ours.

We work directly with the manufacturer, which means your artwork can be printed and applied at the factory before the vials are boxed. Your brand arrives finished. There is no relabelling step and no evening spent straightening stickers.

Ten vials labelled with the Halden Bio mark, compound name and lot number, seated in a moulded tray beside a printed outer carton

Factory printed. The same run can carry your name instead.

Your label

Your artwork, printed and applied at source.

Send artwork once. It is printed at the factory and applied before the vials are trayed, so what lands at your door is a finished product in your own name. Nobody in the chain handles an unlabelled vial and neither do you. The print file stays on record, so repeat orders carry no extra step.

Cost
Free from five boxes. Below that, $40 per run
Added lead time
Three to five working days, first order only
Proof
Sent for sign off before anything prints
Best for
Anyone building a brand they intend to keep

What to send, so it prints right the first time.

A vial label is roughly the size of a postage stamp wrapped around a curve. Most artwork that fails does so because it was designed at screen size and never checked at print size. Send it to this spec and you will get a proof back the same day.

What we will not put on a label.

Dosing. Administration instructions. Reconstitution volumes. Any statement about what a compound does in a person, expressed or implied. Anything that presents the contents as fit for human or veterinary use, including pharmacy style formatting designed to read that way.

This is not us being precious. A research label carrying dosing is a drug label, and it converts a compliance question into an enforcement one for you as much as for us. Every label we print carries the words research use only, and that line is not negotiable.

Research use policy

Build the order first. Decide the label after.

Nothing about labelling changes the price. Price the basket, send it over, and tell us which of the three you want when we quote it back.
