Hexarelin

A synthetic hexapeptide secretagogue, one of the more potent of the class for growth hormone release. Unusually, it also binds CD36, which is why a separate cardiac literature exists for it.
Where it came from
Developed in Italy in the 1990s as part of the growth hormone releasing peptide series that followed GHRP-6.

State of the evidence
Human endocrine studies from the 1990s exist. No registration programme completed.
What a buyer should know
Desensitisation with continued exposure is documented for hexarelin specifically, more so than for the other secretagogues. It also raises cortisol and prolactin, which is exactly the selectivity problem ipamorelin was designed around.
