A modified analogue of the first 29 residues of growth hormone releasing hormone. Two different products are sold under this one name, and confusing them is the most common technical error in the wholesale peptide trade.

Where it came from

Developed by ConjuChem in Canada. The DAC technology was the company's core platform, designed to bind circulating albumin and extend half life from minutes to days.

Human pharmacokinetic and endocrine data exists for the DAC version. A clinical programme was halted and the compound was not registered.

What a buyer should know

CJC-1295 without DAC is not CJC-1295. It is modified GRF (1-29), a tetrasubstituted GHRH fragment with a half life measured in minutes. The DAC version carries a maleimidopropionic acid linker that binds albumin and lasts days. They are different molecules with different pharmacokinetics sold under one name, and your customers will not know that unless you tell them. Both are on the WADA prohibited list under S2.
